Important information
- There is a minimum of two hours on all jobs. Rates are charged in quarter hour increments.
- An extra payment of £10 will be charged if your move requires travelling through the Congestion Charge area.
- The time starts when we arrive at the pickup address.
Note: If you over-estimate or under-estimate the time needed you will be refunded or charged respectively.
